Part-time Counter Clerk
The Town of Dresden is seeking a part-time position (16 hours). This position is designed to assist the office staff. Looking for someone who is a team player and enjoys working with the public. This position requires excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills, and ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Basic computer knowledge is necessary. The ideal candidate will be reliable, responsible, motivated, highly organized, a self-starter and have the ability to multitask. Prior municipal experience with TRIO Software preferred but will train the right candidate.
Duties include assisting customers, answering the phones, issuing various licenses, process tax payments, cash receipting; assisting the Town Administrator/Clerk and Treasurer/Tax Collector.

Hours: Hours are flexible. Town Office is open Tuesday-Friday 9:00 am-4:00 pm, with the exception of Thursday 9:00 am-6:00 pm.
