8 hours of built in overtime pay per week.

2-2-3 schedule” with over 180 scheduled days off per year

13 paid holidays

2 personal days with sick leave earned at 1 day per month

Comp time bank up to 42 hour

MainePERS Retirement- 25 year / 50% no age

Night Shift Differential : ($2 for permanent nights, $1 for rotating)

Competitive Pay Scale

$700 clothing allowance per year
