Equipment Operator/ Laborer

The Monmouth Public Works Department is seeking a full time Equipment Operator/ Laborer.  This is a Union position that consists of 40 hours per week, plus significant overtime during the winter.  Applicants must hold a minimum Class B License, as well as a clean driving record.

The preferred candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar setting.  Knowledge and familiarity with snow plowing, operating numerous types of equipment including but not limited to; grader, loader, and backhoe is required.  Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.  You may pick up an application at the Town Office located at 859 Main Street, Monmouth or on our website at www.monmouthmaine.gov
