Philip Marshall will be the keynote speaker at a ME AARP event focused on the dangers of elder abuse. Marshall, with the help of law enforcement, help save Brooke Astor, a New York philanthropist, who summered in Northeast Harbor, from the abuse suffered at the hands of her only son.
