The Topsham Police Department is currently seeking qualified candidates whose personal values match our team’s Core

Starting pay, as of July 1st, for a candidate with no prior law enforcement experience ranges from $28.37 to $29.44
based on level of education or prior active-duty military service. Lateral entry candidates are eligible to start at a pay
rate up to $34.44 based on their prior law enforcement experience and qualifications.
