The Town of Alfred is seeking a part time Code Enforecement, Planning Board & Zoning Board of Appeals Secretary. Hours are Mon - Thursday (Friday closed). Total hours are up to 25 per week. This employee will be working in the office and will be responsible for the day to day clerical and administrative work in support of the CEO activities of the department along with preparing agenda's, legal documents and minutes for the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.
The successful candidate must have the ability to get along with others in a professiona manner; considerable knowledge of modern office practives, procedures and equipment, thorough knowledge of the correct use of English grammar, punctuation and spelling, thorough knowldge of Microsoft Office- specifically Word and Excell and excellent organization skills.
