Nestled amongst the Lakes Region of Western Maine, the Town of Bridgton’s population swells to over 10,000 residents and visitors during the summer months. With recent completion of four major capital projects and development of a strong vibrant downtown, the Town of Bridgton is poised for continued growth.
The Town of Bridgton is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our community in delivering high-quality municipal services and fostering community growth. The Town Manager serves as the Town’s Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Bridgton, implementing policies set by the Town Select Board and ensuring efficient and effective delivery of public services to our residents. This role involves considerable financial planning, community development, and strategic planning to enhance the quality of life in Bridgton.
