The Freeport Public Works Department has an opening for a full time Public Works employee. Preferred candidates will have experience with the operation of light trucks and small construction-related motorized equipment. Experience in snow plowing operations is a plus.
The Town offers a competitive pay and benefits package based on qualifications and experience. Our work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm. Must be available for additional hours during wintertime operations.
The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment physical. Applications can be obtained here, at Freeport Town Hall or at the Public Works Department.
