The position of Planner is a professional administrative position responsible for performing Town planning duties including, but not limited to, development review, development of, and revisions to, the Comprehensive Master Plan, Land Use and Subdivision Ordinances, and other related regulations, ordinances and policies. This position works under the general guidance and direct supervision of the Planning Director. Work is evaluated through observation, review and reporting.
