Do you have a passion for transportation and impacting your local community?  If so, this may be the perfect career opportunity for you!  The Transit Operations Administrator is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day management of transit operations for the City of Bangor and participating municipalities, working closely with the Transit Administrator, dispatchers, drivers, and other positions. This position is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day management of transit operations with the Community Connector. Qualified applicants will possess a Class B license, have experience managing complex operations, related experience and knowledge of administering and complying with federal requirements. Experience leading a successful team, working collaboratively with a union, and problem solving are critical. The successful candidate must be able to pass a drug test and physical requirements necessary to hold and maintain a CDL license. 

This position is a full-time (40 hours per week) with a comprehensive benefits package. Highlights include:

 This position’s full salary range is $36.91 to $49.51 per hour and is exempt.
