The Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE) will host their annual Northeast Sustainable Community Workshop as an in-person event in Morristown, NJ, on September 24 and 25, 2024. BCONE is a regional non-profit organization promoting awareness, knowledge, and skills for the successful redevelopment of underutilized properties to the benefit of local economics. This regional event will include informative presentations about current brownfield topics, financial incentives, real estate trends, and the latest technologies, sustainability practices, and solutions for site remediation.
