Paid Family Medical Leave Reminder & Request for Comments on Draft Rules

MMA Legal Services is reminding members that employer contributions under Maine's New Paid Family Medical Leave ("PFML") law will be required beginning January 1, 2025. New FLSA Salary Threshold

(Updated 5/16/24) The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has issued a new final rule revising and increasing the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) minimum salary thresholds in 29 C.F.R. Part 541.
