On January 8 at noon, Maine DEP’s Matt Young will join other experts in a Maine Power Options hosted webinar to explain what makes a site suitable for solar conversion and discuss potential permitting hurdles. Other presenters will include Jesse McKinnell from CEI, who will share information on available funding resources; Ted Rioux from Solect Energy who will describe the physical process of installation; and Max Johnstone from Midcoast Council of Governments share his experience in planning a solar landfill project in Waldoboro.
