FRANKLIN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is accepting resumes for the position of Patrol Deputy. This position will require the applicant to work diverse hours including nights, weekends and holidays. The successful candidate will be required to reside in Franklin County within six months of employment.
The candidate will be required to pass a vigorous background investigation, polygraph and psychological examination as well as pass the academy approved physical fitness test and alert test.
The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office is a progressive Law Enforcement Agency that offers excellent wages ($18.68 to start for a new employee) and benefits to include Maine State Retirement after 25 years of service. Lateral transfers for prior service from other departments will be recognized up to seven years of service.
