OXFORD RFP FOR: FUEL
The Town of Oxford is seeking proposals for fuel.
All bids must be submitted on the appropriate bid form, signed by the bidder, sealed, clearly marked and submitted to the Town of Oxford by 3 P.M. on May 30, 2019 at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Envelopes must be clearly labeled “Fuel Bid—Oxford”, Attention: Town Manager, Town of Oxford, 85 Pleasant Street, Oxford, Maine 04270. The Board of Selectpersons will review all bids received on Thursday, June 6, 2019. The Board of Selectpersons will consider all proposals in their entirety. The Town of Oxford reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and shall consider what is in the best interest of the Town of Oxford in accepting a bid, whether or not said bid offers the lowest price.
