ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
TOWN OF ROCKPORT
The Town of Rockport is accepting applications for a temporary part-time position as Administrative Assistant. This position is responsible for clerical and administrative duties associated with the Planning, Code Enforcement and Assessing offices. There will be a guaranteed 24 hours a week, with a flexible, but consistent schedule. The position requires an individual who enjoys working with the public, performing clerical duties, must be proficient with numbers, is comfortable working with a variety of software programs, including Microsoft products, and with learning a variety of tasks specific to the Planning, Code Enforcement and Assessing functions.
Accuracy, organizational and communication skills, ability to effectively deal with the public, and an attention to detail are essential.
