2021-2022 Town of Sidney Re-valuation Bid
The Town of Sidney wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for the Town of Sidney’s Re-valuation Project
1) The Town of Sidney is seeking proposals from appraisal and professional service firms (Consultant) with experience to revalue the Town of Sidney upon approval from the Town’s people during 2021 Town Meeting.
* Bid must include timeline and completion date.
* Billing will be invoiced to the Town of Sidney.
* You must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Town of Sidney as Additional Insured prior to acceptance of the bid.
All proposals must be submitted to the Town Office 2986 Middle Rd Sidney ME 04330 in a sealed envelope with “ASSESSING BID” clearly written on the front of the envelope. Proposals will be accepted until 4:30 PM, Friday, 23, 2020. The proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:00 PM on Monday, 26, 2020 at the Selectman Meeting. The public is invited to attend the bid opening.
The Town of Sidney reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and waive any or all formalities, or to accept the proposal found to be most advantageous
to the Town of Sidney.
