Request for Qualifications for Adaptive Reuse of an Historic Fire Station - City of Hallowell

The City of Hallowell is seeking qualifications from architectural / engineering firms for design of an adaptive reuse of the historic Second Street Fire Station located at 124 Second Street in Hallowell. If selected, a firm’s deliverables will include building plans that locate a police department headquarters / office in part of the existing building of approximately 4,500 square feet, along with other desirable community uses in other parts of the building. The design will incorporate required life safety features for full occupancy of the building for mixed uses.
