Town of Bucksport - Patrol Officer

 

 The Town of Bucksport is accepting applications to obtain a list of interested, qualified people for future Patrol Officer openings with the Bucksport Police Department. 

Applicants must possess a minimum of a High School education, additional schooling or previous Law Enforcement experience will be considered. Candidates must have no criminal or adverse traffic record and may undergo an oral interview, background investigation, polygraph, psychological and medical examination. 

The Town of Bucksport is a rapidly growing community with a population of approximately 5,000 and a Police Department that provides 24-hour coverage, 7 days a week. 

When applying, the candidate shall submit a completed Town of Bucksport application and a current resume to Deputy Chief, David Winchester. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis and held pending future openings. 

Salary may vary per qualifications and years of service.
