Systems Analyst - Maine Municipal Association

The Maine Municipal Association is currently accepting resumes for the position of Systems Analyst.  

This position encompasses professional, technical and administrative work involved in the development and maintenance of the Association's complex data and infrastructure systems. You can expect to routinely meet with a diverse group of users to design, analyze and specify the Association's business needs in order to provide effective solutions. This position will work closely with outside consultants involved in the implementation of any acquired software. 

The successful candidate will possess experience with Microsoft SQL and related maintenance tasks, as well as a working knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services, SAP Business Objects, and Crystal Reports. This position must also have the ability to analyze business systems and practices in order to translate existing needs into technical specifications and effective programming solutions.

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical terminology to the MMA user group. Strong project management and organizational skill as necessary. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with at least 2 years relevant database management and analysis experience, or any equivalent combination of experience and training. Technical Certifications a plus.
