Richmond On-Call EMS

The Richmond Fire Department is seeking EMR’s and above to fill the department's on-call schedule that is broken into 6 hour blocks.  Richmond Fire Department is a paid-per-call department that answers approximately 600 calls per year for service providing EMS non-transport first responder service, as well as fire suppression, vehicle extrication, water rescue and emergency management services to a rural/suburban community of 3,400.  The department compensates at an hourly rate as well as offers on call stipend.  The department provides living quarters when on call for those that live out of town. Required Qualifications

18 or older

Maine licensed EMR or EMT

Valid driver's license

 

Preferred Qualification

EVOC/AVOC

1 Year With License
