Notice of Sealed Bid Request for Surplus Land Parcel
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Town of Bridgton Warrant Article Number 33, a sealed bid for the purchase of a 100 ‘ x 160’ (+/-) portion of Town Owned Land deemed as surplus on Map 54 Lot 10; will take place at the Bridgton Municipal Complex, 3 Chase Street, Suite 1, Bridgton, ME 04009 on Thursday, September 16, 2021, at 2:00 p.m.
Terms: The properties will be sold by sealed bid, as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees of any kind. Special Requirements: A survey is required, any and all legal fees, as well as preparation and recording of the deed. All special requirements will be at the successful bidder’s expense.

The winning bidder will be notified within 3-Days. Conveyance of the property will be by Municipal Quitclaim Deed.
