North Yarmouth Fire Rescue is looking for positive and motivated residents to come join our family. The department is rich in history but progressive in our response and tactics, with the latest training and equipment to serve our community.

North Yarmouth Fire Rescue meets every Monday night beginning at 6:30 PM

  • 1st Monday of the Month is Fire Company Business Meeting / Department Meeting followed by apparatus checks.
  • 2nd and 3rd Monday of the Month: Fire Training
  • 4th Monday of the Month: EMS Training

 

Who can apply?

For Firefighter/EMS Position

Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or G.E.D and a valid driver’s license.

 

For Junior Firefighter

Must be 15 years old thru 18 years old and have permission from your guardian.

 

Do not have training?

This is not an issue. North Yarmouth Fire Rescue will provide all the required training to become a successful on call firefighter/EMS provider for the town.
