The Village of Lucerne, located within the boundaries of the Town of Dedham, is seeking a Code Enforcement Officer. The position is anticipated to be 20 hours per week during the busier seasons, with time split between the office and in the field. The off season may be fewer weekly hours, with work completed as needed. Attendance at Planning Board and Overseers meetings, each once per month, is necessary.

Starting salary is $25,000 - $29,500.
Equivalent of two weeks of vacation and five days of sick time accrued per year. 

The desired candidate will be experience in the field, as well as be certified as a Code Enforcement Officer. Candidates working towards certification are also encouraged to apply.  The candidate must have a reliable vehicle and driver’s license.
