Old Town Municipal Airport Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities


  • Part time, up to 29 hours per week. Flexible hours

Duties to include -

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Place orders, complete purchase, and credit card transactions
  • monitor fuel sales and fuel inventory
  • Interact with customers
  • light cleaning
  • provide general support to visitors
  • order office supplies
  • maintain a filing system
  • prepare and monitor incoming invoices
  • other duties may be assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 years old.  Must have a valid driver's license.  As this position is employed at the airport will be required to successfully complete required airport background check. 

Required to complete online safety courses during hours of work.
