P/T Administrative Asst. for Fire-Rescue Dept - TOWN OF HOLLIS, ME

We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to the Chief Officer’s of the department. The selected candidate will perform various administrative tasks including answering the phone, filing, maintaining electronic schedules and records, maintaining our online presence, electronic communications between departments and other administrative duties described in the job description and as needed by the department administration.

The primary role will be administrative, the chosen candidate will not be expected to respond to emergencies. However, qualified candidates with the appropriate training may be utilized in that function if necessary. This is a part-time position of 24 hours per week and not benefit eligible. The weekly schedule will be negotiable, however, will need to a regularly set schedule every week.
