Both will gain insights from an examination of statutory changes and modifications to state agency rules that affect the office of clerk. Topics include: Basics of the Position, Municipal Records and Freedom of Access Law, Clerk’s Records, Ordinances and Charters, Conflict of Interest, Elections, Basic Vital Records and Issuance of Licenses.
