This webinar will provide an update on the state of legal use of marijuana in Maine. This issue isn’t going away and it’s important for municipal leaders and personnel to understand the current state of marijuana use.
Special note: This session is designed to help leaders make decisions about commercial, retail, medical and social marijuana practices in their communities and how this might impact municipalities. It will NOT provide criminal investigatory or arrest advice for police.
This course applies to the Maine Town, City and County Management Association Certification Program as 2 credits in the Legal category.
