This 2-part webinar will cover many aspects of town meeting and election procedure, including: Fundamentals of a Warrant, Secret Ballot Elections, Preparation for the Meeting, Role of the Moderator and Clerk, Voters, Open Town Meeting, Voters’ Petitions, Inspections, and Recounts.

Please note: ALL participants should have a copy of the current Town Meeting and Elections Manual (January 2020 edition) to refer to throughout the training, as Instructors teach directly from this manual.
