Shaping Your Workplace Culture: Michelle Kennedy

A clear, consistent and aligned organizational culture is one of the best offenses and defenses a leader can build to weather turbulent times and build a high performance workplace. When leaders create this type of culture, it inspires high commitment and employees are able to believe in and live out the organization’s purpose, which ultimately results in better outcomes for the communities and people you serve. In this workshop you will learn why culture matters, the drivers of culture, why culture change fails, and concrete steps you can take to build an organizational culture that is inclusive, innovative, adaptable and more engaging of your employees.
