The MAAO Annual Fall Conference will be taking place at the Jordan Hotel at Sunday River Resort this year from Wednesday, September 18 through Friday, September 20, 2024. We hope you will join us, and enjoy the educational sessions planned over the course of two and a half days. Our aim is to offer you a variety of timely topics to support your property assessment professions.

Included in the attendee packet is the agenda, which lists the sessions, presenters and allotted credits, the MAAO Annual Meeting, the Annual Silent Auction, Golf Tournament, and networking opportunities among colleagues and attending vendors. We hope the schedule, site and attendees will encourage you to participate in MAAO’s best benefit – our professional networking.

SPECIAL NOTICES:

CANCELLATION POLICY: To obtain a refund, you must notify MAAO by close of business on September 6, 2024 (minus a $10.00 fee for processing). All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of $10.00. No refunds will be permitted after September 6, 2024. Please go to https://www.memun.org/Training/Cancellations to cancel.

CONFIRMATIONS: Registration confirmations will be sent out one week prior to the conference via email.

ATTENDANCE POLICY: You must be present for the FULL WORKSHOP/SESSION to receive credit. Note that designation for full credit hours (Full Conference Credits) is CEUs.

ADA MESSAGE: In order to ensure your complete participation in this conference, we would appreciate your informing us of any special requirements you need in advance.

PET POLICY: Sunday River does not allow pets of any kind in the hotel, with the exception of service animals that assist those who are physically challenged.
