Maintenance Mechanic I

 

 

Applications are currently being accepted for a full time 37.5 hours a week Maintenance Mechanic I. 

 

Job duties include building and grounds maintenance for properties owned/managed by Auburn Housing Authority.  This includes but is not limited to general cleaning of vacant units as well as on-call rotation and snow removal in the winter months.

 

 A valid Maine Driver’s license and clean driving record is required.

 

The starting pay ranges from $21.99- 26.00 per hour dependent upon experience.  Auburn Housing Authority offers an excellent benefit package some of which include, health, dental, short-term disability, Maine State Retirement, 24 days Earned Benefit Time, and 13 paid holidays.
