Course Description:
This seminar will assist in implementing the transition from the 2015 IRC to the 2021 IRC. It will include relevant changes in the 2018 IRC and the state adopted amendments made by the Technical Codes and Standards Board.

The following publication is recommended to ensure success in the course:

Recommended - 2021 International Residential Code® (IRC®)

This will count as training towards Residential Building for 2 CEU’s hours.

Cancellations for MBOIA Workshops:
Cancellations must be submitted using this Cancellation form to cancel your registration for an event. Cancellations received before 2/28/25 will be assessed a $15 administrative fee for processing. Cancellations received on/after 2/28/25 will be charged 50% of the course fee (minimum of $15.00). Any registrant who does not attend and does not cancel their registration (i.e., no-show) and any cancellation received the day of the event will be charged the full registration fee.
